Performance without governance is hype. Governance without performance is theory. We hold both, and when a decision is genuinely unclear, that's the tie-breaker.
The engine underneath it is three words, applied to every piece of AI-assisted work we do:
Vet — before a tool touches real work, we check its data policy, its fit and its cost. If we haven't tested something, we say so.
Disclose — wherever silence would mislead someone who trusts us: AI-assisted work, partner relationships, published facts.
Verify — the model drafts; a qualified person decides. Facts, citations and numbers get checked before anything reaches a client or goes public.
Trust is the asset the whole portfolio compounds.
A lapse in one venture taxes all of them, so the standard is enforced everywhere.

What "H121" Means
The name isn't an acronym anyone needs to decode. It began as home and one-to-one — a group of small companies built for the entrepreneurs who were struggling, served one at a time, properly. That intent didn't change when the tooling did. What we do now is more technical; who it's for is the same.
Said out loud, it's "H-one-two-one Group."
We use AI heavily, and we say so.
Drafting, analysis, research support and rendering are AI-assisted; the judgement, the sign-off and the responsibility are human, and named internally. Client data and personal data never get pasted into AI tools. Where content is AI-assisted and not saying so would mislead you, we disclose it.
That's not modesty. It's the same standard we'd hold a client's system to.
