Every introduction H121Group makes runs on the same standard we run our own ventures on: vet → disclose → verify. No directory, no sponsored placements — a short list of routes we use ourselves, disclosed plainly.
How we work with partners
Vet.
Before anything is listed here, we've used it ourselves — as customers or participants — and would stand behind it. If we haven't tested something, we say so, and it doesn't appear.
Disclose.
Where a relationship pays us, we say so, clearly, every time. You should never have to guess why something is recommended.
Verify.
We don't quote partners' terms, pricing or programmes — those change, and you deserve accurate numbers. We link you to the source and you evaluate on their pages, on their current terms.

H121Group's website and newsletter publications are built and sent on beehiiv. We use it every week, so this listing follows from use, not from a trial.

Micro1 (expert-tier AI training platform)
We're on it, not just recommending it. The operator holds a live, paid contract on Micro1 as an AI trainer — passed the screen and signed the contract. This listing follows from that.
Two routes, because Micro1 serves two different people:
- Individual expert route — if you do the kind of work Micro1 hires for (AI training, evaluation, reasoning tasks) and want to apply as a trainer yourself: apply via our referral link

Disclosure: both links are referral links — if you sign up through them, we may receive a benefit. We're not paid to say this; we're required to, and we'd say it anyway.
Honest limitations: this is one contract, one platform, early days. We don't yet know if the real hourly rate holds up once ramp-up time is counted, and we're not going to claim it does before we know. No pay rates, commission or pass-rates are quoted here — Micro1's own pages have those; go read them and decide for yourself.
Not for you if: you're looking for a guaranteed income figure or a fast-track — we don't have one to offer and wouldn't publish one if we did.
The route that didn't make it
One route was expected here and will not appear.
We spent two months on a set of platforms we intended to list. We never did enough of the work to tell you honestly what it's like — so by the standard at the top of this page, it doesn't go here, and it won't later.
We're writing up what we did experience, which was the applying, separately. That's a different claim and it belongs somewhere it can be made properly.
How an introduction works
A real conversation first.
We talk about what you're actually trying to do — hiring, data, workflow — and whether the need is real.
A disclosed introduction, only on genuine fit.
If a route we use fits, we say so and tell you plainly that it's a referral relationship.
You evaluate directly.
On the partner's pages, on their current terms, at your pace. No obligation — and "not a fit" is a perfectly good outcome.
What we won't do
We won't recommend a platform we haven't used. We won't quote a partner's pricing or terms secondhand. We won't share your details with any partner without your explicit say-so. And we won't pretend an introduction is neutral when it isn't — that's what the disclosure is for.
