How we work with partners

The three principles

Vet. Before anything is listed here, we've used it ourselves — as customers or participants — and would stand behind it. If we haven't tested something, we say so, and it doesn't appear.

Disclose. Where a relationship pays us, we say so, clearly, every time. You should never have to guess why something is recommended.

Verify. We don't quote partners' terms, pricing or programmes — those change, and you deserve accurate numbers. We link you to the source and you evaluate on their pages, on their current terms.

Two bottlenecks come up in almost every conversation we have with companies scaling AI: vetting AI talent well enough to trust the hires, and finding data or agentic-workflow partners whose pipelines would survive an audit.

Most teams can buy the same models as their competitors; the vetting bar is where projects quietly succeed or fail.

The route we use ourselves is Micro1 — an AI-recruitment platform that vets and matches AI engineers and domain experts for companies, and runs enterprise partnerships for training data and agentic-workflow environments.

We're inside its programmes ourselves; that first-hand experience is the only reason it's listed.

How an introduction works

A real conversation first. We talk about what you're actually trying to do — hiring, data, workflow — and whether the need is real.

A disclosed introduction, only on genuine fit. If a route we use fits, we say so and tell you plainly that it's a referral relationship.

You evaluate directly. On the partner's pages, on their current terms, at your pace. No obligation — and "not a fit" is a perfectly good outcome.

What we won't do

We won't recommend a platform we haven't used. We won't quote a partner's pricing or terms secondhand. We won't share your details with any partner without your explicit say-so. And we won't pretend an introduction is neutral when it isn't — that's what the disclosure is for.
